Innovator Awards
The Inman Innovator Awards recognize companies that use technology and innovation to enhance the real estate transaction and experience for consumers and real estate professionals. In addition, an annual award honors one individual who embodies the spirit of real estate innovation.
The Inman News Innovator Awards were first awarded in 1997. Prior Innovator Award winners include ActiveRain, vFlyer, Altos Research, Closing.com, Nest Realty Group, Google Earth, ClickIt, Curbed.com, NY Times Real Estate, Metrocities Mortgage, Fidelity PHD, E*TRADE, Lending Tree, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, Ubertor and many other innovative companies. Winners will be announced in a July 15, 2010 ceremony during Inman’s annual Real Estate Connect SF technology conference, held July 13-15, 2010 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
The 2010 Inman Innovator Awards will be in five categories as follows (in alphabetical order):
- Brokerage or Franchise
- New Technology
- Web Service
- Blog
- Media Site
