energy mortgage pilot program were our members.
- All eight programs selected by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to
participate in their energy mortgage programs are members of our organization
- ERHA’s ratings are recognized by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA,
and VA.
- ERHA has entered into partnerships with the national primary lenders
of Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Countrywide Home Loans, and GMAC Mortgage to offer preferred
financing of homes that are documented to be energy efficient through a rating conducted
by one of our members.
